Capabilities of Conversational Cognitive AI Systems

Generate new visions, representations or models of the real world.

Process languages and understand their meanings.

Infer new information from analytical-synthetic processes

Detect external stimuli and generate concepts and meanings.

Be aware of environmental situations and predict their possible evolution.

Plan objectives and modify them according to the environment and the situational context.

Dynamic and associative memory.

Cooperate with other entities for the solution of complex situations.

Plan strategies in line with current objectives and trigger actions to achieve their partial or total fulfillment.

Capture and integrate information from multiple sources and formats and evaluate its usefulness, credibility, reliability, timeliness and accuracy.

Learning by example, by what is transmitted to us and by the action we experience.

Innovative projects: WOBOTS

WOBOTS is a strategic innovation project of WOZTELL.AI.

This project involves the development of a platform for the creation of state-of-the-art cognitive assistants, aimed at offering intelligent services to people and organizations in the form of virtual knowledge workers, automatically adaptable to the needs of each user.

These WOBOTS will have learning, reasoning, and automatic generation of expert knowledge capabilities.

Applied research lines in conversational AI

Lines of work established, based on a state of the art study of conversational AI and WOZTELL AI’s strategic needs:

1

Early detection of risks and opportunities based on massive analysis of conversations in social networks, web, etc.

2

Automatic entity detection, extraction and analysis in conversational environments (NERA).

3

Evolution of the linguistic properties of traditional conversational models based on deep learning with neural networks.

4

Generation of conversational systems based on psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic models.

5

Algorithms for the identification of relevant terms in a document, based on contextual relevance within a conversational model.

6

Semantic description of processes and events: automatic generation of semantic descriptions of what has occurred during the execution of processes and events in a system. Natural Language Processing (NLP), including morphological, syntactic and semantic analysis.

7

Sentiment analysis models, opinion weighting, information verification and intent detection in conversational systems.

8

Algorithms to create conversational systems from graphical representations.

9

Automatic generation of cognitive service agents in conversational environments.

10

AI-based technological and functional models of conversational systems in Metaverse environments.

11

Conversational machine-machine business systems (Silent Commerce).

12

Automatic planning of customer service campaigns, based on real-time situational awareness and intentional detection of business agents.
